Another Flat Roof Completed.
We removed all the existing chippings, old felt and chipboard decking before fitting new 18mm OSB boards, a vapour-control layer and felt underlay. The roof was then finished with a grey SBS mineral cap sheet.

The customer wanted to cover the unsightly cracks in the render without the need for ongoing painting and maintenance.

Just Completed
We removed the existing roof covering, re-battened the roof and installed a new breathable membrane, before cleaning and removing all moss from the existing tiles, replacing any damaged tiles and re-fitting the original tiles.
The roofline was also fully replaced with new PVC fascia, soffits and Deepflow black guttering, finished with black dry verge and woodgrain black cladding.

We removed all the existing cedar timber cladding before installing new treated battens and a breathable membrane. The property was then finished in a smart dark grey 150mm shiplap cladding board, complete with new fascias, guttering and downpipes.
A clean, modern finish that completely changes the appearance of the property.
Another fascia replacement completed on a beautiful property.
The existing fascia and bargeboards had previously been capped over the original timber. Unfortunately, this had trapped moisture, leading to poor ventilation, internal condensation, and timber rot.
Our team removed all of the existing timber fascias, soffits and guttering, repaired any rotten joist ends where required, and installed a complete replacement roofline system. The property was finished with black deep-flow guttering and a new dry verge system, providing a maintenance-free, long-lasting finish with improved ventilation and protection.

This roof had been leaking for some time, so we stripped it right back and started again. The solar panels were removed, the roof was re-battened and fitted with a new breathable membrane before being retiled in Marley Modern Smooth Brown tiles.
We also installed a dry ridge and dry verge system, leaving the roof completely cement free and built to last.

Renewing 400 Years Old Roof
Recently completed work on a very old listed roof, with LPC dating back over 400 years. Some incredible original timber was still in place, showing true craftsmanship from the past.
The roof joists had been replaced back in the 1960s, so we carefully matched and replicated what was there, keeping everything in line with the existing structure. The job included renewing the timber battens and felt, along with re-bedding and setting the ridge and eaves.
A real pleasure to work on such a historic property.
